Compass is a small and dynamic company that champions and celebrates difference and dance.

With wellbeing at the heart of our programmes and partnerships, we provide a safe and creative space for everyone we work with to explore their artistic potential, experience joy, and find self-expression.

Our programme includes training and mentoring for Disabled dance artists, performance events, collaborative artistic projects, regular classes and workshops.

We are generously supported by Arts Council England, Norfolk County Council, & Norwich Theatre.

Compass is co-directed by Rosa and Gaelin. We are neurodivergent dance artists, facilitators and movement therapists who have over two decades of experience in inclusive practice.

We have a pioneering spirit and navigate new territories that challenge and expand perceptions about the role of disabled people in our society.
